Eating with Jen and Darryn

Eating out is one of our favorite pastimes, and trying new chefs and restaurants is a fun part of any trip we plan.  Some of our favorites include 39 Rue de Jean (Charleston SC), Carpe Diem (Charlotte NC), Koi (New York NY), Monza Pizza (Charleston SC), Zebra (Charlotte NC), and the Zuni Café (San Francisco CA). 

At home, truth be told, Darryn does most of the cooking and, at best, I (Jen) am his diligent souse chef, but together we enjoy preparing meals for friends and family.  We appreciate both small town Campbell's condensed soup casseroles and those foodie recipes requiring obscure ingredients and eighty-seven steps.  In our cookbook you will find some of our tried and true recipes of both types.
